In this experiential workshop, you will learn Scrum by doing Scrum. You will become familiar with the principles and practices of this approach, as well as build the skills needed to be a member of a high-performing, continuously improving, self-organizing Scrum team.
"Scrum Workshop" taught by Kelianne Ramos (certified Scrum Master, Salesforce Customer Success Manager at Enterprise Community Partners)
Scrum - a subset of Agile methodology - represents a framework within which people can address complex adaptive problems, while productively and creatively delivering products of the highest possible value. Scrum itself is a simple framework for effective team collaboration on complex products.
We participated in the experiential workshop and learned Scrum by doing Scrum. We familiarized ourselves with the principles and practices of this approach, as well as built the skills needed to be a member of a high-performing, continuously improving, self-organizing Scrum team.
Thank you, Keli, for sharing your knowledge and to everyone else who joined us!
