Put your inner Unicorn To Good Use - Tips for Being A Good Mentor

At some point in your life (and, if you're lucky, many times), you're going to find yourself playing the role of a mentor to someone, somewhere. It can be both exciting, and a little confusing. What exactly does it mean to be someone's mentor, and how can you really stand out in the role?

While having a mentor can make a significant difference in your career, being one can be very rewarding and also provide extremely valuable experience. A great mentor doesn’t just provide guidance and answers during career transitions or sticky situations; she/he also provides motivation and inspiration to help her mentee get to the next level and fulfill her potential while learning and growing herself/himself.

Our speaker guest -  Sue Marryott (Success Manager, Director at Salesforce) - shares her tips on being a good mentor. If you have never attended Sue's presentations - you are in for a treat on its own! She is a great speaker and always has fun and interactive presentations.
