Chris Zullo, Marketing Cloud	For some, the Marketing Cloud is like a creature in the book 'Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them', you've heard of it, but not quite sure what it is or why it's useful. In this session, you learn about key concepts to consider in your marketing strategy as well as a live demo on how to build and send emails using the Salesforce Marketing Cloud using out of the box features. Additionally, you'll walk away with tips and tricks that are applicable in any marketing program, regardless of the technology you use to deliver communications because it's not good enough just to know how, it's important to know why.The Marketing Cloud is more than simply marketing. It's about engagement and communication, which apply to all organizations. Regardless of whether you're a commercial or nonprofit organization, you can use marketing technology to build and maintain relationships.
