3) Custom Metadata Types: What the heck are they? Why do we need them? How do we use them?
Ohana members, Ali Ervan and Kristi Campbell, will walk us through all things CMDT!
4) Welfare Check
How are you? What are you doing to pivot? We'll talk about things you can be doing to show your value, improve your environment, and strengthen & showcase your skills even if/when your company begins to halt projects or enact dreaded layouts.

Ali has more than 10 years of experience in the nonprofit sector. She stumbled upon Salesforce when she was tasked to find and implement a tool that would bring together and optimize the many siloed business units and Excel based processes at her previous nonprofit organization. The rest, as as they say, is history. Ali is a certified Salesforce Administrator with a BS in Information Systems from Carnegie Mellon University (Go Tartans!). Ali leads Charlotte's Salesforce Saturday group and is very active in the Salesforce ecosystem.
