Salesforce has provided us the tools to accomplish a great deal of automation WITHOUT having to know how write Apex code.
Come learn about Process Builder and Flow: what they are, how they differ, how to get started using them, and some examples! All levels of experience are welcome. Bring your laptop if you would like to follow along in your own org.
The session will be presented by Charleston community group leader, Keith Wiljanen. Keith has nine years Salesforce consulting, implementation, and admin experience and can answer (almost) any process builder or flow question you might have.
