Keynote, Vanessa Mckenzie - Drive Operational Excellence from Lead to Cash with Pardot

Vanessa is a Customer Success Professional with a passion for developing people, their career and growing a portfolio. In Vanessa's current role, she enables their sales organisation and customers to get the most out of their Salesforce investment through various success resources. Whether it's a 1-1 engagement on a specific topic or an adoption webinar, Vanessa is the go-to Success Partner for our Emerging and Small & Medium Businesses, Higher Education and Non-Profits customers and sales teams in Australia and New Zealand. Vanessa has been working with Salesforce and marketing automation since 2010, first in a marketing manager capacity who deployed both solutions and then as the first services/ support resource for Pardot in APAC.

Vanessa's session is going to be an action packed trail run where we’ll focus on 3 key topics, starting with a general introduction, then jump into the Pardot Product to focus on key areas your customers will likely focus on, and then wind things down with the key Pardot resources to ensure your success in future Pardot conversations.
