Tactics to change organisational behaviour (presented by Catherine Labbe, PwC) - With a new focus on digital transformation, many organisations are focusing on changing the ways IT departments work on projects: from traditional to agile .... but no one tells the users! Users have learned to stop asking for what they want, find a way to get around rigid systems and download free apps to help. With SF we can do better - we know it - but how do we make the rest believe us?

2. Highlights of Salesforce Winter '19 Release (presented by Tanya Weston, Australian Academy of Science)

3. Goodbye Notes & Attachments; Hello Files! (presented by Hargobind Singh) - Files were first introduced as a powerful way to manage documents in Salesforce in Winter '16. Other options such as attachments and documents are not as flexible and are becoming more and more obsolete. Hargobind will be presenting the difference between the two and how to make the move.
