Back into the swing of things for 2019 with our first event for the year. Topics for the night will include a joint presentation from Trailblazers Heidi Prowse (MIEACT) and Angelo Paonne (Soda Strategic) who have worked together to re-engineer the way MIEACT delivers services, plus highlights from the Spring '19 release and an open floor 'recommend a Trailhead trail' to your neighbour session.
Join us back at Ian Potter House for our first user group meeting for the year. Topics for the night will include a presentation from Trailblazers Heidi Prowse (MIEACT) and Angelo Paonne (Soda Strategic) who have worked together to re-engineer the way MIEACT delivers services, leveraging Salesforce to improve processes, create a single customer view and streamline client bookings. In a few months they were able to implement Salesforce, integrate payment services and create a new website with integrated bookings.
