Topics for the night will include a presentation from Trailblazers Heidi Prowse (MIEACT) and Angelo Paonne (Soda Strategic) who have worked together to re-engineer the way MIEACT delivers services, leveraging Salesforce to improve processes, create a single customer view and streamline client bookings. In a few months they were able to implement Salesforce, integrate payment services and create a new website with integrated bookings.
