How exciting ... our first event for 2018! We thought we'd kick the year off with Heidi to tell us about implementing Salesforce projects and a few tips from her experience to help us on our way.

Meet and Greet	Enjoy some refreshments and catch up with other members of the group before our keynote address.
6:15 AM	Keynote: Heidi Prowse \| Forging your implementation path	Don't worry, you are not alone. That file that landed on your desk to implement the new CRM could just as likely stand for Cake, Rhubarb pie and Muffins instead of Client Relationship Management system. But like many employees in small business you are tasked with the project to expand outside of your comfort zone. In this session we will go through the lessons I've learnt in the first 12 months across a range of implementations to help you and your business forge ahead.About HeidiHeidi Prowse is a community leader with over 10 years experience in the NFP sector. Coming from a marketing and fundraising background, she found a passion for the power of data and its importance to creating change. Heidi has led a number of CRM implementations, including projects with the National Museum of Australia, Cystic Fibrosis ACT and the Australian Academy of Science. In 2017 she set up The Prowse Project, committed to helping more small NFPs access the Salesforce technology to reach and improve the lives of more Australians. Heidi is the current Executive Officer of Mental Illness Education ACT and was named the 2017 ACT Young Australian of the Year.
6:55 AM	Developers' Corner \| Administrators' Corner	Hargabond Singh, Leader of Canberra Salesforce Developer Group will lead discussion in the Developers' Corner, while Irene Sutherland and Bryce Marshall field discussion with Administrators. You will have the chance to select which stream you'd like to attend.
7:25 AM	Regroup and Close	To close off the evening, we will regroup to complete the evening.
