Geovanna is a senior solutions engineer supporting the APAC Non Profit Team at Salesforce. She is responsible for helping non profit customers meet their cloud computing requirements through the Salesforce.org Nonprofit Cloud. Geo brings more than 10 years of experience from various industries including technology sales, billing subscriptions (Zuora), enterprise resource planning (Epicor) and CAD/ERP integration consulting.
She is also passionate about volunteering and using her skills to help non profit organisations such as St. Vinnies (CEO Sleepout), Starlight Foundation, Hillsong Foundation and most recently with Marine Science and Education Centre in Fiji. Geo holds a Bachelor in Industrial Engineering from Ryerson University in Toronto, Canada.
Rene has been working with Salesforce since September 2017, when she became a certified Salesforce System Administrator. She has implemented the ACBC's org and gone through the trials and tribulations of learning how to work with the NPSP. She has implemented Pardot as the ACBC's communication and engagement tool. Rene has a background in marketing with a particular focus on audience engagement. She has both Pardot and Marketing Cloud certification.
