Based on request from community members, this session will focus on a discussion and presentation for common tools & techniques to be considered when focusing on improving end user adoption rates with your Salesforce instance.

As this topic is relevant to all Salesforce users, we will be hosting this as a joint event between our nonprofit and admin communities.  Please bring questions, challenges and proposed approaches / solutions you feel have helped your team address this all too common challenge, and share these thoughts with the rest of your community! 

As always, food and beverages will be supplied - so please come out and socialize with your local users and have some fun as we tackle this topic together!
