Nov 7, 2019, 6:00 – 9:00 PM (UTC)
Salesforce Developer Group, Bristol, United Kingdom
In this edition of the Bristol Salesforce Developer User Group, we will be exploring the creation and management of Microservices in Salesforce with a presentation by co-organiser Mick Wheeler. There will also be some quick-fire development tips in the form of Lightning talks from several members of the group. Food (Pizza!) and drinks (both alcoholic and soft) will be provided at the venue.
On Thursday November 7th, the Bristol Developer User Group will be hosting another meetup at Studio Cotton on Corn Street.
Newly instated Developer Group co-organiser Mick Wheeler will be on hand for our main presentation, exploring the process of setting up Microservices in Salesforce. After the main presentation, we will be having a series of 5 min quick Lightning presentations that cover a variety of topics related to Apex, LWC, Aura and Visualforce development.
(Note, if you would like to take part in the Lightning presentations, or present a longer talk at a future event, please get in touch!)
After the presentations, we will stay at the venue for further Salesforce development discussions, before moving on to the nearest pub (probably Brewdog) for further chat.
We look forward to seeing you there!
IMPORTANT, PLEASE NOTE: This is a change of venue from our regular meetups at the Royal Naval Volunteer.
This time we will be meeting at Studio Cotton, located at 48 Corn Street, near St Nicholas Market. The venue is located above the "Trailfinders" travel agency. The entrance to the venue is around the corner from the main entrance of Trailfinders, on Exchange Avenue. The entrance is opposite the "eatchu" sign. Please ring the Studio Cotton buzzer on the door when you arrive. There will be a Salesforce poster on the door to indicate you are in the correct place.
If you have any difficulty finding or accessing the venue, or would like further even information beforehand, please contact organisers Christopher Lewis (@chrisalunlewis) or Simon Lawrence (@srlawr) via direct message on Twitter.
