Jessica is a working ‘super mum’, and spends her working days delighting her customers as a Customer Success Manager at Taskfeed, a Salesforce ISV Partner that provides a customer onboarding and project management solution natively with Salesforce applications.
Prior to joining Taskfeed in 2017, Jessica worked in the Hospitality industry for over 10 years, in both management roles and as a chef in fine-dining restaurants and large conference venues.
Jessica holds the Certified Salesforce Administrator and Certified Salesforce Platform App Builder qualifications and has previously spoken at conferences on the topics of Customer Success and Customer Onboarding.
Why Customer Onboarding Really Matters
There’s a lot of focus in our industry to the Sales Process, defining clear metrics, goals and even tools to support the Sales cycle. But what happens after the Opportunity is closed and won? How is your business handling the post-sales relationship with its customers?
Many B2B SaaS companies still overlook or treat Customer Onboarding and Success as a Sales or Support effort. Do we really need a separate process for Onboarding? Spoiler alert: YES. Even if you have limited resources and time, I’ll show you a few simple ways and tools to help get a Customer Onboarding process started within your company and implement a customer-centric approach to your business.
