Next Thursday - October 11th - we are organising a Salesforce developer meet-up in Bristol, UK.  This is a totally open doors event. We're looking to exchange ideas and experiences with developing in Apex and Visualforce, and to chat extensively about Dreamforce '12! It's about getting to know the local SFDC
Next Thursday - October 11th - we are organising a Salesforce developer meet-up in Bristol, UK.
This is a totally open doors event. We're looking to exchange ideas and experiences with developing in Apex and Visualforce, and to chat extensively about Dreamforce '12! It's about getting to know the local SFDC developer community over a few drinks.
The plan is to meet at The Apple, in central Bristol, (http://www.applecider.co.uk/) any time after 18:00, and take it from there. We will be bringing the Mini-hack challenge cards from DF12, which we plan to use as a point of focus for the conversation, but (knowing the effect that cider can have on developers..) we don't intend to actually code them in the moment, so it'd be wise to leave the laptop at home for this one.
The Apple offers a wide range of ciders, beers, soft drinks, and food, and is just a 10 minute stroll from Temple Meads train station, and surrounded by parking and public transport.
