On Thursday November 22nd, we are organising the next Salesforce developer meet-up in Bristol, UK.

This remains a totally open doors event, so please drop in if you can. We're looking to exchange ideas and experiences with developing in Apex and Visualforce, and the top-topic this month will be the Winter 13 release, which we're all very excited about...

The evening is really about getting to know the local SFDC developer community over a few drinks, as a new group we're keen to get a base of members interested in the idea, and then we'll plan to grow it into a full-blown community event!

We should mention that Salesforce.com have been kind enough to arm us with a box of swag, so attendance is sometimes rewarded with text books and baseball caps!

The plan this month is to meet at The Llandogger Trow, in central Bristol, (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Llandoger_Trow) any time after 18:00, and take it from there.

The Llandogger Trow offers a wide range of ciders, beers, soft drinks, and also does brilliant food, for the price. It's just a 10 minute stroll from Temple Meads train station, and surrounded by parking and public transport. There is plenty of room in it's four fairly distinct rooms, but there should be no problem finding a cluster of developers in Salesforce.com baseball caps, loudly discussing governor limits.
