Salesforce Developer Group, Bristol, United Kingdom
As ever, this is another open armed, free, ticketless event, so please drop in if you can. We're a group of Salesforce developers from the Southwest of England looking to exchange ideas and experiences of developing Clicks, Apex and Visualforce with like-minded people! The evening is really about getting to know the local SFDC developer community over a few drinks, and we should mention that
As ever, this is another open armed, free, ticketless event, so please drop in if you can. We're a group of Salesforce developers from the Southwest of England looking to exchange ideas and experiences of developing Clicks, Apex and Visualforce with like-minded people!
The evening is really about getting to know the local SFDC developer community over a few drinks, and we should mention that Salesforce.com have been kind enough to arm us with a box of swag, and a modest bar tab, so attendance is rewarded with reference books, baseball caps and a bit of booze!
We will hopefully also be joined by Force.com MVP Simon Goodyear who I'm sure will bring some great input to the discussions (and will be willing to solve all your technical issues on the spot, no doubt).
The plan this month is to meet at The Old Fishmarket, in central Bristol, (http://www.oldfishmarket.co.uk/) any time after 18:00, and take it from there.
The Old Fishmarket offers a wide range of ciders, beers, soft drinks, and also does brilliant Thai food. It's just a 10 minute stroll from Temple Meads train station, and surrounded by parking and public transport. There's plenty of room there, with big bench tables in every nook and cranny.
That said, there should still be no problem finding a cluster of developers in Salesforce.com baseball caps, loudly discussing governor limits - so come over and say hello!
