This time we are very lucky to have the sensational Carolina Ruiz presenting for us.
Carolina is the Principal Developer in the Product Innovation team at FinancialForce.com. She is a Force.com MVP, and you can find her blog at codeandvogue.com.
As a principal developer in the FinancialForce Product Innovation team her role entails researching and developing new product ideas, trying to make the very best use of Salesforce platform features and complementary technologies.
Overall she's life enthusiastic, and one of her favourite quotes is "
Success is stumbling from failure to failure without loss of enthusiasm
".
If you have never met Carolina before now is the time! She will change your outlook on Salesforce forever.
The topic for presentation is FlexQueues.
"When FlexQueues was announced in Winter 15, it was undoubtedly one of the most awaited features for Apex developers in order to handle volumes better and give more control to the user. Nearly one year on now (well half year) it is even more excited to use the new features that Summer 15 bring to us. If you are using batch jobs you definitely will need to come and have a look what FlexQueues can give to your processes- more jobs enqueued, more visibility and more control."
There will also be the usual Salesforce development debates, Q&A, and probably a few beers leading to the usual Workflow vs Triggers arm wrestle.
Keep the date in your diary, and your eyes peeled for a venue announcement shortly.
