Dreamforce 2017 is nearly here !!!

The worlds biggest Salesforce event is hitting San Francisco on November 6-9th. For those going to this amazing event, we are offering the chance to get in the spirit by previewing talks for the upcoming event. For those not (ourselves included), this is a chance to see some of the great content from the event first hand, and celebrate our own Bristol Salesforce Development community.

Julio and Edith will be providing a complete run through of their Dreamforce talk for the Developer zone titled "Goodbye JavaScript monolith, Hello Lightning", in their own words:

"As a developer you might be looking at the impact of LockerService restrictions on your legacy applications that only support Salesforce Classic. In this session we will go through the process of converting a monolithic JavaScript application into a Lightning application composed of highly modular components. You will learn how to design and code your Lightning components and how to include them in a LockerService compliant application"

Are you going to Dreamforce? Do you have a talk? Keen to have a run through with a live audience before heading of to San Francisco? Then get in touch with either of us, and we can slot you in. Having talked at DF in previous years, we both know how beneficial it can be to have a full run through.

Alternatively, if your not going to Dreamforce and just have some cool Salesforce stuff you have created and want to talk about, we also want to hear from you! Also, if you have a Salesforce problem that you just can't get your head around and would like the help from the group, you can take the floor and ask away.

7:30pm General Discussion

After our presentations for the evening we will be having our usual chats about all things Salesforce. Trailhead, Certification, Lightning, Apex, Visualforce, Codey the bear, you name it, someone will want to talk about it. It's always great to meet the members of your local Salesforce community!
