Presentations:

Ben Bates will present on "Salesforce release management". Ben has worked for the past 18 months as Environment & Release Manager at Queensland Building and Construction Commission. Prior to QBCC he worked in state government within Queensland Health.

Michael Skea will present on "Chatbots in Salesforce". Michael is a Salesforce specialist at PwC. He has over 7 years experience in CRM consulting across Salesforce and Dynamics CRM
