His Salesforce experience grew in Bozeman working with another nonprofit before beginning Salesforce consulting work. Wanting to have a greater impact with his skillset (and a less stressful work environment), Rusty joined MCC in 2019. He's a certified Salesforce Administrator and co-leader of the Bozeman Non-Profit User Group. He jokes that he doesn't care if he ever logged into Salesforce ever again, however, he does love interacting with different organizations and helping them build their capacity and streamline processes.
