We have several people in the group who are either starting out in Salesforce, looking for profession paths or goals, and/or don't know what is out there/how to get it/what to do/what Salesforce is in their occupational plan. The goal of this meeting is to  understand the Salesforce landscape, necessary skills to have, how the hiring process works, etc. The forum will be a round table where we will have each invited guest talk a little about these topics and anything else they deem important when it comes to building a sound career strategy around the Salesforce platform. This session will be applicable to all levels of Salesforce knowledge and ability - whether seasoned Salesforce professional or neophyte administrator.  By the end of the evening I hope that participants will understand what career opportunities are available, what career progression looks like, salary outlooks, and how to best plan your future Salesforce endeavors!
