Based on feedback provided by the community, we are going to focus our more topical presentations that are of most interest to our community, namely process automation! This is part two of a three-part series where we focus on, and deep dive into, the various declarative process automation tools that Salesforce offers. 

Part one covered a vast overview of the various tools in our process automation toolset. In part two, we take a closer look into the declarative heart and soul of process automation on the Salesforce platform - mainly, process builder and flows.  Process builder will form the nucleus of your process automation suite and flows will round it out and extend your declarative capabilities.  You may be wondering - what about workflows? As the Salesforce releases march on, Process Builder has been built out to such an extent where having workflows is a very narrow use case, which is outbound messaging. Used together, Process Builder and Flows are a powerful synergy there compliment your existing code base.  Jessica Page will take us further into the process automation on the Salesforce platform with this dangerous duo of automation power!
