About this event

Based on feedback provided by the community, we are going to focus our more topical presentations that are of most interest to our community, namely process automation! This is part one of a three part series where we focus on, and deep dive into, the various declarative process automation tools that Salesforce offers. 


Part one will go over the various tools available to the intrepid admin: this includes the typical toolset such as workflow rules, process builder, flows, and assignment rules but we will also be covering macros, quick actions, and so much more! Jessica Page will also go over when to choose what tool and go over some use cases for each option covered. This should be a great starting point to understand Salesforce's process automation tools, when to use them, and use cases for them!
