According to Salesforce, Lightning experience users see a 41% increase in productivity! But first, all of our highly customized, Classic orgs have to make the transition. All existing orgs will be automatically activated on Lightning experience as of the Winter '20 release, so ready or not, it's time to dive into the latest and greatest features that are only available in the new user experience. Joe (Cradlepoint) and Jessica (Fujitsu America) are both in the middle of transitioning hundreds of users over to Lightning. We'll walk through some of the tools that are available to help plan these migrations, and welcome discussion from our community members that have already made the switch.
