Sep 20, 2018, 10:00 – 11:30 PM (UTC)
Salesforce Admin Group, Boise, United States
We've covered the tools. We dived into process builder and extended our automation further with flows. Now let's see the master at work, as Erik Lopez returns to teach us his tricks for automating complex business processes and troubleshooting errors during testing.
Based on feedback provided by the community, we are going to focus on more topical presentations that are of most interest to our community, namely process automation! This is part three of a three-part series where we focus on, and deep dive into, the various declarative process automation tools that Salesforce offers.
Part one covered a vast overview of the various tools in our process automation tool set. In part two, we took a closer look into the declarative heart and soul of process automation on the Salesforce platform with process builder and flows.
Part three takes us to the next level. Now that we know how to automate - how does this play out in a complex business world? How do you keep your process builders from "building" into Frankenstein's monster? What are the tools available to the Intrepid Admin to monitor, debug, and troubleshoot automated processes and flows?
Our Automation Superhero has the answers, and he'll be joining us (virtually) to share them.
