Founder & CEO
Tiffany Spencer is a 7x certified Salesforce.com Professional and Salesforce MVP with over 12 years of experience leading digital transformations for small to large corporations utilizing the Salesforce.com platform. She is currently the VP of Salesforce Partnerships at Bitwise Industries. She is also the founder of Tech Forward, a nonprofit organization that exposes marginalized communities to cloud and SAAS (software-as-a-service) based technologies and careers paths to help participants become more marketable, obtain higher-paying jobs and career opportunities through its three programs; HBCU Forward, Community Forward and Forward into Tech.
Tiffany is very active in the community and uses her expertise to mentor high school and college students. She is also currently the Board Chair of Black Orlando Tech, a non-profit organization committed to accelerating minority economic advancement through tech careers and entrepreneurial endeavors. She is also a mentor with The Greatest Investment (TGI) Girls Empowerment Program.
She is a native of Cincinnati, Ohio, a wife, and a proud graduate of Bethune-Cookman University with a degree in Computer Information Systems and a minor in Business Administration.
Toni V. Martin is a Salesforce MVP and the founder of Systems To Success, a Registered Partner of Salesforce.com focused on helping small businesses succeed with optimization and automation of their business processes. A seasoned Salesforce Business Analyst, Toni is a veteran of Fortune 500 organizations with enterprise level implementations of Salesforce. In 2021, Systems To Success was tapped by Salesforce to deliver the Salesforce Essentials Success program for National Minority Supplier Development Council members to facilitate digital transformation for a cohort of small businesses nationwide and has since expanded the program to include all business owners seeking to “Automate Their Employees” with CRM tools.
Toni is a Detroit native and graduate from the University of Michigan who resides in Atlanta and enjoys knitting and is a newly-minted golf fanatic.
