Pardot Features You Need To Be Aware Of
We'll be looking at the some of the best Pardot features, how to set them up and why they're so important for insights, marketing and reporting. By the end of the presentation, you'll have a clearer idea of where you should be heading and understand that Pardot isn't just a glorified MailChimp!
Tom Worthington - Southco Manufacturing
Southco is passionate about supporting the local community and has been working with the Grace Kelly Childhood Cancer Trust for just over a year. We heard about Salesforce.org (the non for profit side of Salesforce) last year and since then have been embarking on a journey to bring all the different databases that the trust use under one umbrella.
We wanted to share the story of the trust and how we are using Salesforce.org to grow awareness of this amazing cause.
Keegan Stanton & Ben Banks - Cloud Call
Your business has done its due diligence. You selected Salesforce, found a great implementation partner and rolled out the CRM company-wide. You’ve invested a lot of time and valuable resources on this implementation and you want it to succeed, waiting expectantly for a return on your investment.
But several months into your CRM rollout, you realise…not everyone is using it as often or in the ways that you had intended. Remote workers have gone rogue, making notes on paper and calls from their personal mobiles. Customer service operatives are neglecting to log activities because of their mounting workloads. You analyse the reports to try and understand your teams’ activities, but how can you make business decisions when you know that the data in your systems are incomplete or inaccurate?
What can you do?
Take advantage of the AppExchange. Search for add-ons to make your Salesforce processes easier, faster, and automated, where possible. Give your teams the tools to make their lives easier, to make communicating with customers easier.
