We heard about Salesforce.org (the non for profit side of Salesforce) last year and since then have been embarking on a journey to bring all the different databases that the trust use under one umbrella.
We wanted to share the story of the trust and how we are using Salesforce.org to grow awareness of this amazing cause.

Keegan has over 6 years’ experience within the telecoms and IT sector, heading up all marketing communications. Having been with CloudCall for 6 months, Keegan was brought in to develop the partner channel and nurture existing relationships. She oversees the entire partner and customer journey for CloudCall, from joint marketing initiatives, to lead nurturing, to customer implementation – ensuring that partnerships are successful for all involved.
Ben has over 7 years’ experience working with CRM software, managing projects involving the installation of CTI software into Salesforce and provisioning trials for customers across the UK, Europe and the US. He is now highly focused on the pre-sale element for customers using Salesforce and CloudCall, providing expertise regarding each deal’s unique implementation and system requirements. Ben is also responsible for providing training to CloudCall’s partners – Salesforce consultants look to discuss CloudCall as an add-on to their solution.
