Prior to involvement in CRM, his career was principally devoted to management information, business analysis and process design, working in both manufacturing and logistics.
This career history turned out to be the basis of a very good skill set for someone who purely by accident became an admin for Legrand UK in 2011, and has since let Salesforce take over his life.
Legrand UK, a manufacturer of electrical products, currently has 200 users, but is expanding to 300 in 2020, and has ongoing projects involving CPQ, Pardot, Field Service Lightning & Service Cloud.
Michelle is an experienced business analyst with a demonstrated history of working in the information technology and services industry. Recently awarded a Conga EMEA Spotlight Award, she is an expert in business process, sales, communication, customer relationship management (CRM) and customer success. Outside of work, Michelle is a Mum of two who enjoys yoga and giving back to her local community. Michelle has always been passionate about training and Salesforce which means she loves her role as the EMEA Training Lead at Conga.
During her corporate career she has worked with Salesforce as a user and her knowledge and expertise have been developed from using the system alongside leading transformation projects. She now works as an independent consultant advising companies on how to get the most out of their Salesforce experience from mapping out the sales process and ensuring the system is aligned to best practices, user engagement and training.
