Spring is almost here, the evenings are brighter and we have our next event planned. This time we will be hosted by *drumroll* N26.
I have been an N26 customer since early days (remember Number26) and I am very excited to visit their office plus they are gonna show us cool stuff they build on Salesforce platform.
Since this meetup is part of TrailheadDX global gathering, our first presentation will be on that, rest we will focus on and around Omnichannel integration.

Summary : We explore the shortcomings of the Omnichannel when it comes to managing multiple service levels that are weighted relatively. During the talk, I will present our requirements, the shortcomings we had with the Salesforce Omnichannel and the custom solution we have built for full flexibility.
21:00 - 21:30 Salesforce, OmniChannel and Telephony in a browser based world, Denis Cornehl, Thermondo GmbH
Summary : For our customer service and sales we built a browser based phone, including a salesforce omnichannel integration. Since we need maximum flexibility and integrability we built it ourselves, based on an extension for the chrome-browser. I'll walk you through the basic design, how we integrated it into the omnichannel, what did work well and what not.
