Lightning does this by delivering a component framework and a new set of tools for developers and business analysts to make building apps, integrating data, and automating business processes lightning fast. 

We want everyone to get a chance to get hands-on with Lightning. So to make this happen, we are thrilled to announce Lightning Developer Week – a week of meetups around the world starting March 9th.
