Working with Omni-channel
Omni-Channel is a flexible, customizable feature, and you can configure it declaratively that lets your call center route any type of incoming work item—including cases, chats, or leads—to the most qualified, available agents in your organization.
Learn about setting it up, understand its limitations in hands-on workshop.
Building Secure Apps on Force.com
If you’re developing applications to release on the AppExchange, your role in application security becomes even more significant. Before an application can be released, a Salesforce security expert must look at the application’s source code as well as any external integrations to ensure proper security standards are followed. This is called a security review.
As you develop on the Salesforce platform it is important to consider security at every step of the process; only thinking about Security at the end of development will lead to wasted time and effort as well as security flaws. Ensure that you are considering security as you design and develop the application, as part of your testing and QA process, and as an integral part of your release and update plan.
