Happy New Year! Mark Korf and Kelly Anderson from Zipwhip will be leading us through a brainstorming and feedback session on how to craft a workflow for Customer Success. Zipwhip, a SaaS company providing texting for businesses, has a new Customer Success department with minimal processes existing currently in Salesforce. They are looking to build tracking and a workflow process for handoff from AE to CSM, the onboarding process, account management, and more.
