RemedyForce @ Telenet - December 08, 2016

Brussels, BE Administrators Group
Dec. 8, 2016, 6:30 p.m.

About this Meeting

Salesforce customer TELENET will talk about how they use RemedyForce internally with a main focus on Self Service on desktop & mobile SF1 app.

Remedyforce enables IT to provide faster IT service management & help desk support at a lower cost. Leveraging ITSM tools and best practices, Remedyforce delivers a modern, consumer experience that empowers IT to become a center for business innovation.

More info on RemedyForce can be found on the AppExchange.

The second part of the evening Telenet will talk about Continuous Delivery. To support an Agile setup that delivers continuously, deployments need to be automated. All configuration and code changes need to be tracked via code repository and the quality and stability of every release must be validated. Learn how Telenet lowers the release overhead and improves productivity while adhering to the Software Development Lifecycle best practices.

We are confident this will be an interesting event with topics that are targetted to audiences of different roles: admins, developers, partners, other Salesforce customers and prospects, gaining new insights and going home with ideas they could use within their own company or projects!

So what are you waiting for...register now because we're sure this event will be fully booked very fast!
