We will be walking step by step through integrating Slack and Salesforce! 

Slack is a cloud based chat and collaboration service that has been growing in popularity over the last year or two. We will build a basic integration in Slack allowing us to query records from outside of Salesforce using a handful of open source libraries and Heroku.

This will be a fun experience for everyone. We can even do as hands on please bring laptop and a free Heroku account.

We will meet at TEKSystems in Linthicum - their office is now at 999 Corporate Blvd Linthicum Heights, MD 21090.  There is plenty of free parking in front of the building. The meeting will start at 6.30 PM. If you get there after 6.30 and find yourself locked out, you will find our phone number posted on the front door. Call the number and someone will come to let you in.
