Find Accounts by Attributes (Lisa Firnberg)

Case managers at Maryland Coalition of Families wanted to search Salesforce for existing Accounts based on attributes like: what type of organization (behavioral health provider, school, shelter etc.); what county they serve; whether they accept Medicaid; are for men or women, etc. Standard Salesforce search doesn’t allow for this. Lisa will show a report developed to allow users to search existing Accounts like a rolodex based on key attributes, and a lays the groundwork for “Yelp-like” ratings in the future.
