Jennifer is a Senior Global Consultant with IMPACT Group where she serves on the Leadership Development, Relocation and Outplacement teams. On the Leadership Development side, she works with clients and their staff on developing managers into more effective leaders, organizational effectiveness, individual career development, talent management strategies, and succession planning. On the Relocation side, Jennifer works with employees, their spouses and immediate family members who have been provided relocation coaching and career coaching by their sponsoring employer. On the Outplacement / Career Transition side, Jennifer works with individuals who are going through company-sponsored programs to assist them in creating a clear path to their next career move.
The clients Jennifer has supported for IMPACT Group vary across a wide range of industries with a small sampling including information technology, oil & gas, healthcare, insurance, banking, consumer products, education, manufacturing, and telecommunications. Jennifer is adaptable and comfortable providing coaching in most major industries. The majority of her coaching time is focused on Mid-Manager, Director, Vice President, and C-Suite Executives.
Prior to joining IMPACT Group, Jennifer worked with Right Management as an Executive Coach & Senior Consultant. Her client base and roles were very similar in nature to her work with IMPACT Group. In addition, she served on the College & University Executive coaching team for the Executive MBA programs with the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, University of Texas – Austin & El Paso, and George Washington University. Her MIT coaching clients included graduates living in Greece, Korea, Italy, Malaysia, and Singapore. Jennifer was also honored to be part of the new Veterans coaching initiative partnership with Rockwell Automation and has created customized training programs on transitioning from the military to the civilian workforce.
In addition to her roles with IMPACT Group, Jennifer has an extensive background in global operations, training, organizational consulting, recruiting and talent management. She has worked with several global franchise organizations.
Jennifer holds a Master’s Degree in Psychology from the University of Phoenix. She obtained her Bachelor’s Degree in International Communications/Psychology from Indiana University. Jennifer holds a special MBA Certificate from the International Institute of Franchise Education (IIFE) and is a Certified Franchise Executive (CFE). She also earned her Alternative Dispute Resolution Mediation Certificate from University of California - Los Angeles.
Jennifer is certified to deliver numerous personality assessments including Birkman, MBTI, total SDI, StrengthFinders and DiSC.
She is on the Board of Directors & Advisory Board for several nonprofits. She is actively involved in community outreach and has a passion for creating opportunities for Veterans and Workers Age 55+.
