Join us May 10, new--at Spicewood Springs Branch Library--for our dive into Salesforce Automation. Abhik Lall gave us a great intro to Automation tools in March. Now we'll take a deeper dive, with some hands-on learning.

Which tool to use. How to get the real need from your users for the best answer to their problem. Why is it best to use this tool, instead of that one.  What business needs can you handle with automation. How to make your users super efficient and super happy with you. 

Scott will run is through the tools--validation rules, workflows (yes, workflow rules are still viable), Process Builder, Approval rules, and Flow. We'll probably spend the most hands-on time with Process Builder. Bring your laptops and your questions.

Of all Scott Luikart's numerous skills and talents (MVP, LIghtning Champion,Senior Admin with six! certifications!), most impressive is his fashion sense--especially when he shows up in his Golden Hoodie. He is now senior admin at Whole Foods. He is always working in the "salesforce platform to exceed expectations and improve business process." A willing mentor, we will all take advantage of Scott's deep learning.
