Jason comes to us from Salesforce with 8 (count 'em) Certifications.  With over 20 years experience in designing and implementing complex enterprise CRM solutions, Jason has 9+ years of Salesforce platform experiene implementing Service, Sales, Platform and Community Clouds. He'll surely be able to give us great guidance.
