My team is responsible for evangelizing the official Salesforce training and certification offerings delivered by Salesforce University. Our ohana builds marketing programs that range from our first-ever, award-winning training conference, webinars that don’t just inspire, but teach, email nurture tracks, customer communications, evangelist programs, and digital campaigns that showcase our in-depth expert-led training offerings which help our customers connect with their customers in a whole new way.
What do I enjoy most about my job?
If you’ve ever heard people say that Salesforce is the world’s largest start-up, it’s true! While Salesforce has a rich history, and a length of time in existence that most companies dream they’ll achieve, our heart is still in innovation. That means every day is different, and there’s never a dull moment to be had.

I enjoy learning the history of an organization and bringing it to life through a logo, a voice, a look and feel, basically across everything that the organization leaves its mark on from sales collateral, websites, advertisements and more. I love the aspect of story telling through content that's not only informative, but engaging too. Developing stories that help take the customer through a journey from consideration, to purchase and beyond. And I embrace the opportunity to design and execute events where I can meet with customers and partners, old and new alike, and help bring a brand's narrative to life right in front of their own eyes.
