The Farm Source programme has provided a range of tools, services and digital technology to better support the farmers on the ground. Farmer Central, the CRM, is core to managing the relationship with the 10,500 farms and the people who own and work on them. It is a vital tool to the operational teams that provide 24/7 service coordinating everything from tanker pickups, ensuring milk quality, to monitoring sustainability.

The digital programme has leveraged many aspects of the Salesforce Platform including Marketing Cloud, Customer Communities, Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
