Candidate's perspective : This will be done by Gemma and other CTAs. Gemma will explain us about her experience, thought process and planning that she used while doing her review-board presentation( activities like pre-review-borad notes, activities, planning, scenario understanding, solution approach key considerations, presentation, Q&A and lesson learnt)
Review Board's perspective : Candidate's way of delivery, understanding of the scenario, body language, first impression, approach towards panelist, solution key considerations, presentation skills, Q&A and other aspects.
