Salesforce User Group, Amsterdam, Netherlands
Two sessions & one great sponsor (thank you Dept Agency!). - What is CPQ & when to use it? (ok, the headline is that it stands for Configure, Price and Quote, but we'll go deeper) We'll have the lowdown. - Ever had anything go wrong on Salesforce? Have you learned from it? We'll be splitting into smaller groups to learn more from each other's experiences
With many thanks to Dept Agency for sponsoring and providing the venue, Amsterdam User Group is back for our September offering.
When is it time for CPQ?
Sales Cloud is great. Opportunities have lot of in built functionality, and Salesforce has oodles of flexibility. But it isn't always enough. We're proud that Monish Mahalingam (Backbase, Amsterdam) is stepping forward to give us the Admin's insight into Salesforce CPQ: when is it the right decision, what are options and features, and some pitfalls to avoid. Come out knowing when there are quick wins to be had, and how you can bask in clicks, not code, as your requirements grow.
Salesforce Saturday Muckups
Cheerfully borrowing from Amsterdam Salesforce Saturday, we're bringing a very special session to you: "Salesforce Muckups". Ever had a great idea that hasn't quite worked out in practice? Some great inspiration that proved a lot harder to implement than you were expecting? A set of criteria which didn't make sense but needed to go live ASAP without time for sanity checking? We're (all) here to help, understand and learn from each other's experiences. Whether it's technical limits or miscommunication, or just that feeling that "there's got to be a better way", sometimes things don't always run as smoothly as we would like. We'll be breaking into smaller groups to learn from each other and to gain some insights on what to do when things don't go quite according to plan.
AND
They'll be our usual offering of networking with 70+ other Trailblazers, announcements, swag, good food, good company, a range of non-alcoholic drink and a few wines and beers.
Venue is fully disabled friendly and on-street parking is easily available in the surrounding area for less than 5c an hour. We are also a 10 min walk from Henk Sneevlietweg Metro Station and a surprisingly quick cycle ride from the city centre. RSVPs close when our venue is full or 48 hours before the event - whichever comes first!
