Integration Lifecycle Management
Steve Thornhill, Salesforce EMEA Team Lead at Scribe Software and an organiser of Den Haag Salesforce Saturday brings you his specially extended presentation which was well received at London's Calling.Everyone understands that integration is a critical box on the IT checklist (and we'll very briefly cover the reasons). But what has to be considered in your integration approach that will help drive your overall success? Integration is a funny thing: In a perfect world, no one knows about it. No one talks about it. But everyone reaps its benefits. Done correctly it provides incredible upsides to the entire project, but if done poorly can herald the destruction of a project just as quickly; Steve's going to share his experience with us, and also leave you some food for thought.
