4:40 PM	What is a Scrum?	A show of hands recently showed that lots of our members had heard of Scrum, but less knew what it actually was. We're here to help! Cornel van Heiden, Scrum Master at Bullhorn, and Co-Leader of the Rotterdam User Group will be explaining what a Scrum is, when it is appropriate to have one, and what the benefits are. And the most: important how to get best of Scrum in Salesforce-friendly environment. We're going to make this practical and interactive, and focus on the elephant in the room - User Stories!Followed by a break.
5:50 PM	Integration Lifecycle Management	Steve Thornhill, Salesforce EMEA Team Lead at Scribe Software and an organiser of Den Haag Salesforce Saturday brings you his specially extended presentation which was well received at London's Calling.Everyone understands that integration is a critical box on the IT checklist (and we'll very briefly cover the reasons). But what has to be considered in your integration approach that will help drive your overall success? Integration is a funny thing: In a perfect world, no one knows about it. No one talks about it. But everyone reaps its benefits. Done correctly it provides incredible upsides to the entire project, but if done poorly can herald the destruction of a project just as quickly; Steve's going to share his experience with us, and also leave you some food for thought.
