We've got three exciting sessions for you.

- How does Einstein Analytics actually work? Is it all within the Sales Cloud, or somewhere else? How is it configured? We don't know the answers, but we know people that do! We've got Gabi Plucinska and Martijn Kaman from Salesforce to walk us through, and answer your questions.

- The new Flow Builder comes to production systems between 2nd and 9th February. Completely revamped, it's easier to use and no Flash is required, but new Salesforce products often take time to settle in. What's the verdict? Juho Kilkku (Finland User Group leader) is flying in to tell us all, working through an AVG/GDPR use-case.

- Cool tips! Andre has a rubber duck up his sleeve, and reckons it can help. He promises to explain all.

- We might even chuck in an Astro too to one lucky punter! :) #swag
