Session 1: Knowledge (Service Cloud)
Panagiotis "Panos" Liaros is Product Owner, Knowledge Management at Philips, and an AUG regular. An overlooked product, Knowledge is a core aspect of the Service Cloud. Panos will be talking us through the process of creating, sharing, using and managing knowledge, sharing his team's best practices and giving you a deeper dive.

Dimitri Fioole, from Nekst IT will be walking us through how to incorporate Testing & Quality Assurance into your delivery process, from Requirement to Delivered Feature.
Session 3: New Motion's Salesforce journey and from Product Owner to Developer
Lisa Schutter has been Product Owner of NewMotion* for 4.5 years, from 10 users, through to its current 300+ users, as well as another AUG member (we're so happy and proud!). Hear her lessons; learn about how NewMotion uses Salesforce; and discover how and why she's stepped into the world of being a developer.
