Why UX Matters:	Companies spend millions of dollars to integrate data, workflows, and extend functionality from disparate systems into an intuitive user experience (UX). The combination of all these data-driven systems can be very powerful, but increased functionality often comes at the expense of UX. Data residing in different systems and accessed through unique interfaces presents significant usability challenges to employees, which result in organizational inefficiencies. In turn, IT departments become flooded with time and cost-intensive custom development projects that leave no time to create meaningful, custom user experiences. Companies deserve solutions that are rapidly developed and scaled and that deliver user experiences tailored to the specific needs of end users.
