We vouch for the Cause Green this year with #Going Green and #Be a Green Hero initiatives of the year from Dreamforce 2019 (#DFgives). Please find the details of the promoted cause for the TDX India Community-Run, please use this as a reference and promote Cause Green. We also request you promote recycling, no plastic waste, and clean streets with adequate Bin placement.
Organization:
Salesforce Foundation is running a plantation drive with the non-profit, EnSyde. http://www.ensydeindia.org/. They will be procuring the plants for us and leading the plantation drive in Bangalore, Hyderabad, and Jaipur.
Community Run Keynote:
On 15th December, The founder of Ensyde will join us for the run and brief everyone about the climate crisis before the event. Deliver a keynote about the impact through the plantation drive and how we are working towards the Salesforce #going green and #beagreenhero drive through this initiative.
Actual Plantation Drive post-event:
The actual plantation drive will happen by the end of December across all the cities. The grant amount based on the registered participants and saplings that need to be procured per city. Salesforce Foundation will announce where and when the actual plantation will happen and invite the participants during the Community Run.
