Opening Session
We're Live on Education Cloud! Lessons Learned and Why It's Worth It
The University of Michigan and Distance Minnesota were both early adopters of Education Cloud. In this session they will talk about the lessons they learned during their implementations and how they are using the system now that they are live.

Salesforce & Corporate Relations: a Journey to Complete Data
Schools can have a plethora of systems, each housing key information about a particular company. Having multiple systems can make managing corporate relations difficult. At the University of Minnesota Carlson School of Management we have developed a process for aggregating corporate information into Salesforce for use in reports.
This session will walk through the tools we have used, way we have gotten buy-in from stakeholders, and report examples we have built to have a 360 degree view for corporate relations.
The Future of User Management in Salesforce
Salesforce is making a lot of positive changes to how user management works. We'll cover the changes made so far as well as let you know what is coming in upcoming releases.
