Our mission is to foster a vibrant, supportive community where we empower women and underrepresented groups to excel and lead in the Salesforce and technology ecosystems.

Our Aim:

We are dedicated to helping our members thrive by providing the tools for both technical mastery and high-level career advancement. Our meetings focus on:

• Continuous Learning: Staying at the forefront of Salesforce’s latest innovations, best practices, and technical skills.

• Next-Level Career Growth: Moving beyond technical expertise to master the human-centric skills required for leadership and strategic influence.

• Empowerment through Connection: Building a powerful network to drive diversity and meaningful change across the IT sector in New Zealand.

To ensure you grow sustainably, we also integrate Mental Health and Work-Life Resilience. We remain agile to our member needs, addressing current industry challenges as they arise.

3. Networking: Dedicated time to connect with peers and mentors to share knowledge and build lasting professional relationships.
